Stolen thoughts

I had that moment again today.
It's that facepalm moment,
when you read or hear about something
and you think why didn't I think of that before.
Like it was waiting to be
discovered,
mentioned,
described,
or noticed.
And someone found it,
and is gloating their glory.
I don't think its fair,
cause I never looked that way.
It's cruel
cause they stole it before I knew
I had a chance.
