Confessions of a whimsical lover

Though Its tempting
I will not confess
how much I miss you.
I will not surrender to your proclamations of love -
Vacuumed honesty,
filtered promises
and perfumed words.
I have my pillow for teary nights
and lonely noons.
I have my books and music
to distract.
and remind.
I will neither tweet, scrap or text.
I will wait for you to understand
what I, we, mean to you.
If not, I will die, not alone, but with dignity.

Sands of time

Each tic is a gasp,
gaping hope,
A jump of belief,
A possible cessation in accounting time
Making eternity

Most often
another arrives in-conclusive

Between each tick
Time suspended

Moments pause and play
The march of the seconds
Lost and losing time
in searching for the watch

Trust in people

Hi all,

Its been years since I blogged and I'm quite serious about taking it further this time. Starts off with someone i know telling me to put trust in people. To trust that there are wonderful humans out there who I can give a chance at reading my poetry. These are poems that I plan to publish as a book someday. I have been saving these and only just a couple of people have read it till now. I need your comments not only on my poetry but about anything and everything I'm going to write here.

This is exciting - Starting something new. Hope you all can hold hands and help me walk my path.

Thanks and keep looking for more stuff here.

Memories of the nonexistent

Night crawls over

And blanketed eyes

Contract events of the past

Moments of the present

Reveries of the future

I orchestrate a drama that nobody runs

The worlds I'm compelled into

Are so often scarily the same

Yet frighteningly different

Volatile shapes mother solid emotions

I am the witness, I am the victim

I am the first and the last to exist

Shadows dissolve to leave echoing words

That escapes to haunt

Leaving silent imprints in the air

Memories of the nonexistent
